George is amazing! The first day we met, we felt very comfortable with him and he showed us quite a few town homes around Seattle. We fell in love with one in Magnolia that someone had already made an offer on, but with enough persistence, George got us the home! He is great, he will truly work for you and put your needs first. In September 2009 I lost my job and knew I had to sell my home against the advice of family, friends, and the media. I had no recourse if I wanted to get on with my life. George was referred by an acquaintance who raved about his professionalism and support for his clients. This was clear in our first meeting. George assisted me in preparing my home for selling by enlisting his team of experts in staging, cleaning, painting, moving, etc. The house looked beautiful thanks to his expert advice. each room himself and marketed the house so well that I had an offer in TWO days. He was there every step of the way and was available whenever I had questions. I closed on the house one month later with little or no issues thanks to him. Bottom line, George was understanding, empathic, always professional, and knows his real estate.
